Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Provide labor and materials to: 1) Repair the damaged masonry on the fence posts as stated in drawing S100. 2) Repair and rebuild Post #18 as needed, on the corner of Augusta and Laramie. There was additional damage done to the post after drawing S100 was completed. 3) All work and product covered by warranty for one (1) year. 4) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. 5) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 6) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on i.
