Reference number : 1510524 Review Title : Listuguj Mi'gmaq Government - Alaqsite'w Gitpu School sports field The Listuguj Mi'gmaq Government, as Owner, regarding its sports field project at Alaqsite'w Gitpu School, is seeking bids for the following summary work: Backfilling of the existing field Addition of a sports field and sprint track The documents required for bidding are available on the website of Electronic Invitation to Tender System. This project is under the Québec-New-Brunswick interprovincial agreement. Companies with their head office in Quebec and in New-Brunswick and any other company that complies with the public procurement release agreements established by the Government of Quebec are authorized to submit bids. Quebec and New-Brunswick companies must hold a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, in accordance with the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) and the Québec-New-Brunswick interprovincial agreement, covering the required work. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the bid. This project must promote Indigenous employment as per Articles 36 and 123.1 of the Law R-20. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, valid for a period of sixty (60) days and made payable to or in favor of LISTUJUQ MI'GMAQ GOVERNMENT .
