Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Mt Juliet, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Prime Contractors and major trade sub-contractors shall complete the Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305 - 1986 (For convenience, a copy is included within the Project Manual). 1. Complete all sections except Paragraph 5 - Financing 2. Bidders shall submit AIA Document 305 - Contractor's Qualification Statement to the Owner within 24 hours after the bid. (General Contractors and Major Trade Subcontractors are required) 5% Bidders Bond is required. As of August 18, 2021 the project has been awarded to RG Anderson Company but amount not available. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required. Per the request of Wilson County Schools, providers of the performance Bond and Payment Bond shall have an A or better rating per the A. M. Best Rating Guide. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended. All work to construct a New Stoner Creek Elementary School, located in Wilson County, Tennessee, as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. 1. The work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in "Work Not In Contract". 2. The Owner will contract with others to provide items such as items noted on drawings as by owner or N. I. C.. a. This contractor shall diligently coordinate with separate contractors to provide roughin work as required to facilitate work by others. b. This contractor shall diligently coordinate with separate contractors to provide areas of the building and site in a timely manner to facilitate installation of "work" by others 3. Not used 4. Communication / Technology a. This work is part of the construction contract and consists of Fire Detection and Alarm System. b. Not used. c. All systems comprising Communication and Technology shall interface seamlessly with the existing systems utilized throughout the Wilson County School System. d. Adhere to all local and State Codes, NEC Standards, TIA EIA wiring standards and BICSI recognized installation practices. e. The provider of the Communication / Technology package shall provide documented commissioning services to ensure systems fully function and operate per the engineer's requirements. B. Incidental work Included (but not limited to) 1. Verification of correct location of electrical receptacles, telephone outlets, computer outlets, and similar outlets to suit furniture, equipment, and casework arrangement. 2. Verification of correct location of plumbing and HVAC services and waste lines to suit equipment and casework arrangement 3. Installation of conduit, outlet boxes with finished covers and terminal cabinets for telephone system. 4. Site improvement as indicated C. Earthwork (including but not limited to) 1. Clearing and Grubbing site as necessary. 2. Demolition of all existing improvements except where noted otherwise 3. Removing, adjusting, and/or salvaging existing utilities and improvements as required to complete project. 4. Excavate and stockpile topsoil and usable fill material 5. Compaction of underlying surface, Undercut as necessary 6. Locate and furnish any required borrow material 7. Replace topsoil as required 8. Construct and backfill storm sewer system. 9. Construct utilities a. Provide safe temporary closures on water line stubs to withstand water pressures if the line is pressurized 10. Construct curb and gutter. 11. Construct subgrade, base pavement, striping, and all components of pavement 12. Traffic control and barricades to maintain traffic during construction 13. Installation of erosion and sediment control measures including grassing, mulching, etc. 14. Miscellaneous other Work and incidental Work 15. Coordinate and perform any utility relocations due to conflicts
