Per the owner, as of June 15, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that the project was put on hold after programming. Evergreen School District #114 invites qualified Architectural firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Services for a modernization / renovation of the existing Legacy High School site to remodel into a new College, Career and Technical Education Center. This future CCTE center will be a STEM Accelerator, focused on changing the way school is done through skills and passions. With the focus on the individual learner, the STEM Accelerator designs learning experiences with a focus on the exploration of the learners passions through design thinking, a collaborative community, a growth mindset, personalization, technology, and inquiry. Copies of the RFQ for Architectural Services #2021-163 will be available for viewing and/or electronic portal. Prospective proposers will be required to sign in as an account member to have access to the project documents.
