Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Amber, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; 2,428-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage; and parking garage.
Police Garage Bids received after the stated date and time, will not be accepted, and will be returned to the bidder unopened. There will be no exceptions to this policy. All bids will remain on file at least 48 hours thereafter before a pricing contract award will be recommended to the Town Board Trustees. Prior to contract award: Original signatures will be required on the Anti-collusion Affidavit. Faxed or emailed bids will not be considered. Remove all vegetation from building pad area, store on site to be re-used to clean up around building at completion. Build a 40' wide by 90' long earthen building pad, free of all obstructions above and below ground. Building pad shall be one foot above existing grade and be +/- 1" of grade. Building pad shall have contours away from building to allow for drainage. All earthen building materials shall be select fill, imported to site.
