Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and recreation facility.
Installation of an approximately 3,000 square foot spray park and associated water features, piping, and recirculating mechanical equipment. Recirculating mechanical equipment includes, but is not limited to, a precast concrete wet pit, pumps, filter system, chemical treatment system, water feature controller, and emergency shower/eye wash. The project also includes sanitary sewer, water, and electrical services, a wood fence enclosure for the mechanical equipment, sidewalk connections between the spray park and parking lot, parking lot striping, and bike racks.
