Upon award of Contract, Contractor shall provide AIA A312 Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of Contract Sum in accordance with General Conditions and Amendments to General Conditions. The anticipated award date is April 12, 2022. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. Preconstruction: (from award) to October 1, 2022. Construction Start: Level 1 construction/demolition can start October 1, 2022. Lower level construction demolition can start November 1, 2022. Construction Completion: March 31, 2023.
