Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the replacement of approximately 678 linear feet of existing 30" diameter cast iron sanitary sewer main to be rehabilitated by cured in place pipe (CIPP), bypass pumping, manhole improvements, and pavement restoration for the BPC Central Large Diameter Package 1A Project, SAWS Job No. 19-4537. For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Stella Manzello, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to: Stella.Manzello@saws.org or by fax to (210) 233-4290 until 4:00 PM (CT) on July 29, 2021. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on August 2, 2021 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration via WebEx. If Bidders intend to submit bids electronically, Bidders will need to submit a request by August 13, 2021 until 1:00 PM CDT to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to Stella.Manzello@saws.org.
