For the furnishing of all work required for the Construction of Lake Overcup Dam Repair, Conway County, AR, all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings. A certified check payable to the order of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The intent isto prescribe a complete work of improvement which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Plans, these Specifications, the Special Provisions, Proposal and Contract. The Contractor shall perform all phases of the work in accordance with all terms outlined in the Specifications and Special Provisions and to the lines and dimensions as shown on the Plans. He shall furnish, unless otherwise provided in the Specifications, in the Special Provisions, or in the Contract, all implements, machinery, tools, materials, supplies and labor necessary to the satisfactory prosecution and completion of the work. Before any unforeseen work not included in the Contract, for which there is no quantity and price included, is started a supplemental agreement shall be signed by both contracting parties, or a written order from the Director to do the work on a Force Account basis given the Contractor. A charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be made for each set of plans and specifications. Payment will be made at the time proposals or plans are received and no refund will be allowed.
