In general, the work includes removal of 29 mature trees including root balls and removal, preparation, and construction of approximately 5,600 square feet of sidewalk in the Del Lago Subdivision (Cartmilll, Hillman, Mooney, and Prosperity), City of Tulare. To be considered a plan holder and to receive any Addenda or other pertinent information, bidders must register with the City of Tulare, Office of the Community Services Department, Parks Division, 830 S. Blackstone Street, Tulare, CA 93274, and sign the plan holders list. Bidders must be registered on the plan holders list for their bid to be considered responsive. The right is reserved by the City of Tulare to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to evaluate the bids submitted and to award the contract according to the proposal which best serves the interest of said City. Contractor shall complete all work contained in the construction documents within 90 working days.
