The Township of Old Bridge (TOB) is requesting proposals for the replacement of an existing Network Video Management system. This includes replacing the server, several cameras, software, installation and support. Questions from Vendors Cut-off July 26, 2021 Award Date (Estimate) August 10, 2021 Project Start date (Estimate) September 1, 2021 Project End date - (45 days) October 15, 2021 Should any bidder be in doubt as to the intent of the plans and/or specifications, he should immediately notify the Purchasing Manager in writing, who will then send a written addendum to all bidders recorded as receiving bidding documents covering the point in question. Bidders may not rely on oral responses to inquiries. In order to comply with statutory notice requirements, all questions must be received by the Purchasing Manager no later than eight (8) days prior to the bid opening date. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids for the above listed contract in whole and/or in part which do not comply with the specification and/or the statutory requirements. The Township Council reserves the right to waive informalities as the Township may deem to be in its best interest.
