The County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure, Division of Roads & Bridges is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform the required engineering, environmental permitting and construction consultation for the replacement of County Bridge No. 269, Easton Road over Sandy Run in Abington Township. The existing bridge, built in 1930 and widened in 1970, is a single span structure comprised of the following sections: reinforced concrete pipes, reinforced concrete slab and stone masonry arch. The bridge has a span of 22 feet with a curb-to-curb width of 38 feet. Questions Due Date: Aug 2nd 2021, 12:00 PM EDT Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
