Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hampstead, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Town in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Town even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal. The Town of Hampstead, NH is seeking proposals for the replacement of the parking lot light pole and LED fixture replacement located at the Library on Mary E. Clark Drive, Hampstead, NH The RFP shall include: 1. Remove and discard (2) existing parking lot light poles and fixtures. Purchase and install (2) 5 inch square steel light poles compliant with Hampstead Building Department. 120 MPH-3 second gust requirement. 2. Install new 10 gauge feed conductors in poles to provide power to new LED area lights. 3. Purchase and install (4) wide dispersion LED are lights (2 per pole) for necessary illumination coverage in parking lot areas. 4. Complete electrical connections within lamp pole termination area. Mark adjustments to area light mounting arms if needed to obtain desired coverage. 5. Obtain electrical permit and arrange inspection at the time of completion.
