This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is an invitation by Cornwall Community Hospital (CCH) on to prospective Contractors to submit Bids for the tasks associated with the Tower Heating Pump Upgrades at 840 McConnell Avenue, Cornwall, Ontario. The hospital has pre-purchased the pumps and seeks to turn these over to a contractor who will fulfill the project. The selected Contractor pursuant to the IFB will be required to provide a team qualified personnel to deliver the required services and within the specified time frame.
