Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Holland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project will consist of storm drainage, street reconstruction, paving, sidewalks, ADA, and park improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Pickaway County Commissioners or by certified check, bid bond, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Pickaway County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid.
