Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Martinsburg anticipates to stage the coating and repairs of the water storage tanks 1 and 2 to in 2021 and 3 and 4 in spring of 2022. The Project consists of Cleaning, Blasting, Coating and Miscellaneous piping, structural and safety modifications of a 1) 2,000,000 Gallon Concrete Reservoir (Red Hill) 2) 200,000 Gallon Standpipe Potable Water Storage Tanks (Stuckey Court) 3) 262,800 Gallon Standpipe (Western Ave) 4) 1,500,000 Gallon Hydropillar (Boyd Orchard) Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
