The Township Council Reserves the Right to Reject All Proposals Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-13.2 (Rejection of Bids) and to Waive Such Minor Informalities as May Be Permitted by Law. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27-1 Et Seq., Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements.
