Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that 100% SBE participation goal will be prescribed for this project. This is a set aside for exclusive JSBE and local DBE participation under JAAs SBE program.
