Renovation of a residential development in Franklin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

**As of Aug 18, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For Housing Authority of Franklin - HVAC Upgrades The project consists of: HVAC Upgrades id Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a Guaranty or Surety Company listed in the latest issue of U. S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The Bid Bond and the Performance and Payment Bond must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U. S. Treasury Circular No. 570. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. The Contract will be subject to the Section 3 Clause, see Document 00715 - General Conditions, Article 40, calling for utilization of low-income businesses and individuals from the project area where feasible. Work of this contract includes general construction renovations at one (1) development sites within The Housing Authority of Franklin. These sites are located in Franklin, Kentucky. The general scope of work includes HVAC Upgrades. All blds must be submitted on the forms provided by the Public Housing Agency/lndian Housing Authority (PHA/IHA). Bidders shall urnish all the information required by the solicitation. Bids must be signed and the bidder's name typed or printed on the bld sheet and each continuation sheet which requires the entry of information by the bidder. Erasures orotherchanges mustbe initialed by the person signing the bid. Bids signed by an agent shall be accompanied by evidence of that agent's authority. (Bidders should retain a copy of their bid for their records.) Ifthe Contractor fails to complete the Work within the time specified in the Contract, or any extension, the Contractor shall pay to the PHA as liquidated damages, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per calendar day of delay until such work is satisfactorily completed and accepted.
