Texas Tech University ("TTU" or the "University") is seeking a development team ("Developer") to design, construct, operate, maintain, and finance a mixed-use hotel and retail development project on the TTU-owned 19th Street site ("19th Street Project Site") in Lubbock, Texas. The 19th Street Project Site is an approximately 19-acre site northwest of the intersection of 19th Street and Knoxville Avenue. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
