Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Hana, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,553-square-foot, 24-space medical facility.
In Spring 2022, the Govenor released $250,000 to aid in the construction of the project. Construction is anticipated to be completed in December 2023. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the new construction of a rehabilitation center and support building with 8 offices and approximately 3,553 square feet of floor area which include 24 parking spaces. The select General Contractors may secure copies of the plans and specifications from HonBlue Maui at cost. The original plans and specification will be on file there during the bid period for each bidder to procure whatever is necessary for completion of their bid. The deposit will be returned to the bidder if the Documents are returned within one week following the Bid Date in good enough condition to allow their use for the project. The Owner makes no representation to buy back any additional sets of plans and specifications from the unsuccessful bidders.
