Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Henderson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Purchase & Installation of Picnic Shelter for Newman Park. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in said bids. - The shelter shall cover an area approximately 200 sq ft. - The roofwill provide a minimum of 8' clearance at its lowest point. - The shelter will meet all applicable KY building code requirements. - The Shelter will be rated for a wind gust speed of 100 mph minimum and 15 pounds ofsnow load. - The shelter roofwill be a pitched standing seam metal roof. - The shelter roofwill be a minimum of 24-gauge metal attached directly to the shelter frame -The columns, truss tail and side beams shall be powder coated. - All columns, beams, and rafters shall be tube steel. - The columns shall possess plates at the bottom capable of being bolted to a concrete foundation. Anchor bolts shall be included by the vendor. - The vendor will provide color options for the roof and columns. - The vendor will supply KY signed and sealed engineering plans (drawings), including footers ifnecessary. - The vendor will ship the shelter in a "knocked down" configuration. - The shelter will be delivered pre-engineered and pre-cut and include all parts necessaiy for field construction. - The owner will offload and store until installation - The Vendor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor for installation ofthe foundation, footers, if necessary, shelter and roof.
