The length of the works is approximately 660 meters on rue du Marché and 85 meters on rue Versailles. The works are the subject of financial assistance within the framework of Component 1 - Support for the outreach of the regions of the Regions and Rurality Fund (FRR). The signing of the contract is conditional on the approval of the loan by-law by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH). The Municipality of the Village of Roxton Falls is requesting bids for the work described above. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription Development of a multifunctional path on rue du Marché and the tenderer must be clearly identified. The plans and specifications as well as the tender form can be obtained only from the electronic tendering system. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard 1809-900-IV / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document.
