Project Description: This is a construction contract to replace overhead conductors, insulators, connectors, and associated hardware on powerhouse line 1 at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Oahe Project. The contractor shall complete all work as described in the technical plans and specifications. In general, this project will involve replacing the entire 115kV line to include removing existing conductors, insulators, connectors, and associated hardware and replacing with new. The installation will be on overhead conductors running from the generator step-up (GSU) transformer outside of the powerhouse to the switchyard. Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $200,000 and $500,000.
