The Bid envelope will not be opened unless the separate envelope contains the completed and signed affi davit, and certifi ed application, A certifi ed check or bank draft, payable to Lashlee-Rich, Inc., U.S.Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each Labor and Material Bid in excess of $25,000.
