Renovation of a mixed-use development in Harrison, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of September 20, 2021 the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** Estimated Range - $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 The work of this single bid project includes the rehab of the deteriorating conditions of the exterior masonry facades of Campus Center North, Campus Center South, and the Neuberger Museum of Art. Design work will include probes of the existing façade to identify issues with façade attachment back to the building structure, loose and bulging bricks, repointing, proper shelf angles, weep-holes, seals at doors and windows, etc. Work will also include developing recommendations report, budgets, options for repairs, and design/construction documentation of proposed repairs and construction administration services. Construction work will implement the corresponding design recommendations. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. EEO goals for this project: 10% minority workforce and 5% female workforce Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 427 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Rehabilitation of existing brick masonry at Campus Center North, Campus Center South and Museum. Work will require the removal of brick veneers as indicated on the drawings and replacement as detailed on the drawings. The work also includes ACM abatement, PCB remediation and electrical work
