A timeline for the award is not yet established.** Estimated Range - $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 The work of this single bid project includes the rehab of the deteriorating conditions of the exterior masonry facades of Campus Center North, Campus Center South, and the Neuberger Museum of Art. Design work will include probes of the existing façade to identify issues with façade attachment back to the building structure, loose and bulging bricks, repointing, proper shelf angles, weep-holes, seals at doors and windows, etc. Work will also include developing recommendations report, budgets, options for repairs, and design/construction documentation of proposed repairs and construction administration services. Construction work will implement the corresponding design recommendations. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
