Construction includes site utilities, site improvements and pavement, plantings and landscaping, storm and foundation drainage, excavation, foundations, concrete slabs on grade, masonry walls, metal stud partitions, wood frame roof structure, fiber cement siding, metal roofing, aluminum windows and doors, FRP doors, porcelain tile, bathroom accessories, interior and exterior painting, interior and exterior power distribution, outlets and electrical devices, interior and exterior lighting, smoke/carbon monoxide detection systems, energy recovery ventilators, ventilation systems, duct work, in-floor electric radiant heat systems, associated control systems, exterior and interior potable water lines, exterior and interior sanitary drains, and plumbing fixtures. D005816 General Construction Contract $2,214,000 - $3,197,000 GC D005816- 5% MBE, 5% WBE, 6% SDVOB The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
