Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Clyde, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in conformance with the Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and best bid. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid and without disclosure of reason. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in connection with this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, Governor's Executive order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wages rates on Public Improvements in the City of Clyde, pursuant to the Department of Industrial Compliance and Labor. The completion date for this project is April 29, 2022.
