Sealed bids for the Carr Road Streambank Restoration and Road Repair Project, North Union Township, Fayette County, PA, will be received by North Union Township, until 1:00 pm on Monday, August 9, 2021 at the North Union Township Municipal Building, 7 South Evans Station Road, Lemont Furnace, PA 15456, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications are on file at the office of McMillen Engineering, Inc., 115 Wayland Smith Drive, Uniontown, PA 15401. A digital copy of the contract documents may be obtained from McMillen Engineering, Inc. upon payment of a $25.00 non-refundable fee. Hard copies of the contract documents may be obtained for an additional fee. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Carr Road. North Union Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 90 consecutive calendar days thereafter
