The City of Mart is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for street rehabilitation, approximately four (4) miles in length. Proposals need to be priced per square foot in the following methods: METHOD 1: Mill existing roads, grade subgrade and maintain positive drainage, stabilize to minimum 6" depth, roll and compact, and overlay with 2 ASPPM Grade 4 cold mix, METHOD 2: Mill in place and lay back approximately 6 depth, grade subgrade and maintain positive drainage, roll and compact, treat 4 with Iron Soil Stabilization Product, roll and compact. The City of Mart is accepting bids to rehabilitate approximately four miles (394,590 square feet) of streets. The contractor must furnish all materials, machinery, equipment, fuel, uperintendence, insurance, and bonds; and for performing all work required for the maintenance and repair of parking lots, driveways, driveway aprons, flumes, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
