Questions shall be to the engineer in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 All bidders, if required, must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. Bidders license number, expiration date and that part of the classification applying to the bid must appear on the envelope containing the bid; otherwise the bid will not be opened - except if the bid amount is under $25,000.00 Certification by Each Bidder Must Be Made With Respect to Nondiscrimination in Employment. The City of Memphis Encourages the Participation of Small and Minority Businesses in the Purchasing Process.
