Renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

**As of October 13, 2021, the project was not yet awarded, bid was above budget. The MCCA is thinking about canceling project. Hynes Convention Center Loading Dock - This project includes providing all labor, equipment, implements, and materials required to furnish and install all HVAC work (complete and operable), all as more fully set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc imetaj@signatureboston.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 8/13/21 @ 5:00 P.M. Contract Term: September, 2021 through December, 2022
