Bidders are invited to attend the opening, however wearing a mask is mandatory in accordance with health measures due to COVID-19. This contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario), to the AQNB (Agreement for the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008)), to the 'ALEC (' Canadian Free Trade Agreement) and CETA (Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union). The City of Marieville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation or charge whatsoever towards the bidders. Performance bond 50% is required.
