General: The University of Houston System is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for UH Fuel Depot at the University of Houston main campus in Houston, Texas. The construction of a new fueling depot in accordance with the drawings and specifications set forth in Exhibit A and created by PBK Architects. The fuel depot shall consist of an above ground storage tank of approximately 6,000 gallons, feature a single island design with one fuel pump having dual nozzle dispensers, a lighted canopy (utilizing one of the previously produced designs), a controlled access / screening fence, new trees and ground cover. The HUB Subcontracting Goal for this project is 32.9%. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
