Renovation of a parking garage in Montrose, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of 9/23/2021 No bids received. Project completed using in house staff. The City of Montrose is seeking bids from qualified contractors for exterior painting of the DPW Building located at 144 Ruth Street, Montrose, MI 48457. Prep, Prime and Paint four sides of the building. Pressure wash/scrape to remove oxidized paint, dirt and mildew. Apply primer coat of metal primer (as specified) to exterior. Paint trim to match existing trim in front of building. Apply two coats of Acrylic Exterior Surfaces and Semi Gloss to door and frames (as specified). Contractor shall provide all necessary materials and equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor is responsible for any needed permits and must follow all local, State and Federal codes. Contractor shall be insured and provide a copy of liability insurance and workmen's comp coverage before commencing work. Contractor is to provide a W-9 form before commencing work. Contractor is to provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment and labor. All work is to be completed by qualified personnel. Properly applying all paint/coatings according to manufacturers specification.
