Construction of 457-seat bleachers (plus 6 wheelchair seating) and prefabricated press box with foundations. Vehicular asphalt paving, asphalt & concrete walkway paving, and concrete unit paver walkways. Site improvements, irrigation, grading, loam & seed and plantings. Site Utilities including water, electric, sewage, storm drainage. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC. Alternate 1: Resurfacing of Existing Track, Shot Put Toe Board, High Jump, Discus Cage Alternate 2: Athletic Gateway and associated lighting Alternate 3: LED Sports lighting for multi-purpose field (soccer, football) including precast bases, poles, lights, controls, and all wiring. Alternate 4: LED Sports lighting for softball field including precast bases, poles, lights, controls, and all wiring. Estimated Cost: $ 3,300,000 GENERAL BIDS: Sealed bids for the General Contract, from bidders who have been certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) for the category of work and the dollar amount of this project are invited. General Contractor prequalification is not a requirement for this Project. PREQUAILIFICATION: There is no prequalification process for sub and general bidders. DCAMM certification is required. The Project Awarding Authority is the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District, the Project Architect is Drummey Rosane Anderson Inc., Waltham, MA. and the Owners Project Manager is Colliers Project Leaders, Boston, MA. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so, and to reject any sub-bid if the Awarding Authority determines that such sub-bid does not represent the bid of a person competent to perform the work as specified.
