Peel Regional Police (the Agency) is seeking detailed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager Services and Construction for the new Operational Support Services and the new Police Division facilities as identified in the Long Term Facility Accommodation Plan (LTP) - Phase 3. Estimated construction budget Project 1 - $190M, Project 2 - $85M Project 1: NEW OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY PROJECT (OSF) - 8100 Mississauga Road, Brampton, ON The facility will be a 5-storey building of approximately 16,033 m2, exclusive of a mechanical penthouse of approximately 872 m2. A surface parking lot and a two-level underground parking garage is proposed. An area for public parking will be provided at the southeast corner of the Subject Site and will also serve as a public events plaza. Project 2: NEW POLICE DIVISION - Mississauga Road and Bovaird Drive, Brampton, ON The new facility will be constructed on a development site which is part of a wider subdivision plan proposal along Mississauga Road, between Bovaird Drive West and Mayfield Road, in Brampton. The site area is approximately 20,000 sq. m (2.0 hectares) in size and in an existing green field site. The total gross floor area of the facility is estimated to be approximately 6,040 sq. m (65,000 sf), comprising of 2 Levels above grade and a mechanical penthouse. The facility will have 2 levels of underground parking as well as surface parking made available.
