The Fred L. Waterman Conservation Education Center (Waterman Center) is seeking sealed bids for the construction of New Parking, Pavilion and Green Infrastructure at its 403 Hilton Road site, Apalachin, NY. A Bid Security must be supplied with each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid submitted.The Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, religion, sex or national origin. All work on this contract is to be completed within 150 calendar days, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date, or started by September 1, 2021. Work is expected to be substantially completed on or before December 17, 2021. All planting and seeding work is expected to be fully completed by June 8, 2022.
