Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Apalachin, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; office development; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Fred L. Waterman Conservation Education Center (Waterman Center) is seeking sealed bids for the construction of New Parking, Pavilion and Green Infrastructure at its 403 Hilton Road site, Apalachin, NY. A Bid Security must be supplied with each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid submitted.The Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, religion, sex or national origin. All work on this contract is to be completed within 150 calendar days, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date, or started by September 1, 2021. Digital copies may be obtained from the office of Delta Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects & Surveyors, DPC. Prospective bidders are invited to submit their Bids, including Alternates, for work described in general as follows:The project is further described in the Scope of Work. The project includes but are not limited to: Erosion controls, demolition of pavements, earthwork & storm basin construction, site staging, pavilion with green roof, various pervious pavements, tree & plant installations, rain barrels, and interpretive sign installation. Work is expected to be substantially completed on or before December 17, 2021. All planting and seeding work is expected to be fully completed by June 8, 2022. Bid proposals received after the date and time specified in the Invitation shall be considered unresponsive and will be rejected. Delta will not accept bids by FAX. The Waterman Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities in the Bidding. This offer shall be open to acceptance and is irrevocable for thirty days from the bid closing date. The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) implements the New York State Revolving Fund (SRF) for Clean Water projects. The following requirements apply to Treatment Works projects funded with the NYS Clean Water State Revolving Fund: -Participation of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO). -Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). -Equal Employment Opportunities pursuant to Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 40 CFR Part 7, and 41 CFR Part 60-1 Subpart A; -Affirmative Action requirements pursuant to 41 CFR Part 60-4; -Requirements regarding suspension and debarment. -Restrictions on Lobbying.
