Bids will be received by the Carrollton Exempted Village School District (the School District Board), at the Board of Education/Administration Offices, 1020 Scio Road Southeast, Carrollton, Ohio 44615 for the following Project. In accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: Lesko Associates, Inc. 27955 Clemens Road, Suite A Cleveland, Ohio 44145 440.835.0850 (phone); 440.835.8483 (fax) Please note that there is no USPS mail delivery to this address, use Fed EX, UPS or hand deliver to this address. If you must use USPS mail, the mail will be delivered to 205 Scio Road Southwest, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. The sealed bids will be promptly opened and publicly read. Scope Description: Base Bid: Construction of an outdoor steel truss pavilion which covers a new raised concrete stage along with construction of the associated support building which contains toilet rooms, concession stand and storage. No more than three (3) copies of each set will be provided on a refundable basis to a Bidder. Deposits are refundable only if documents are returned in good condition to the Architect within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. Except as permitted by Ohio RC 9.31, no bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time and receipt of bids.
