Linear Accelerator Project Construction Delivery location: Slidell Memorial Hospital, Materials Management Dept. 1001 Gause Blvd Slidell, LA 70461 Q & A deadline: Aug 10, 2021 2:00:00 PM CDT This project consists of an equipment replacement in each Linear Accelerator vault and associated spaces in sequence at the Slidell Memorial Hospital Regional Cancer Center, 1120 Robert Boulevard, Slidell, Louisiana. Contract period will be divided into two phases. The first phase including all work associated with the equipment replacement in Linacc Vault 155 shall be 130 calendar days from date provided on Notice to Proceed. Following that will be a period of 76 calendar days for punch list, equipment installation and a new equipment break-in period. Finally a period of 120 calendar days shall follow for the Phase 2 work associated with the equipment replacement in Linacc Vault 124. The total contract period shall be 326 calendar days. Where existing substrate is to remain (as in floors), remove existing finishes, adhesives and mechanical attachments down to substrate in order to provide acceptable substrate for application of new substrates, primers and finishes The Work of this Project consists of all work identified and otherwise required by the Contract Drawings, including Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and by the remainder of this Project Manual, including all Divisions and Sections. All Work indicated on the Documents is included in the Scope of this Work unless specifically indicated to be not in Contract (N.I.C.).
