The purpose of this project is to improve the Air Quality, Comfort Climate and Safety of the Auxiliary Gym. Key components of this project include: I. Replacement of the existing HVAC unit serving the auxiliary gym 2. Structural review and improvements necessary to support the new unit 3. Control system for control and operation of the unit 4. Meet requirements for ESSR II & ESSR III funding guidelines Clinton Central School Corporation will be accepting bid proposals for labor and installation services to be performed under a scope of work provided by Trane Commercial Systems to add Gymnasium Cooling at the Auxiliary Gym. Trane Commercial Systems representative will select the contractor to perform each scope of the construction work required and contracts will be executed between Trane Commercial Systems representative and the successful contractor. All respondents to this bid notice must be qualified to work as a subcontractor for Trane. Qualification includes safety, financial and quality metrics that are required to be met. Please contact Clinton Central School Corporation and/or Trane Commercial Systems for a qualification packet prior to bidding. Clinton Central School Corporation and Trane Commercial Systems has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion. Upon satisfactory completion of the per-construction conference, Trane Commercial Systems will issue a II Notice to Proceed,11 which must be executed by the selected contractor as well.
