Renovation of an educational facility in Manchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.
Project BI-CTC-606 includes replacement of aluminum doors (in existing aluminum curtainwall) new hardware and windscreens. Other work includes hollow metal doors & frame, automatic door operators, drywall, painting, mini blinds, electrical and card access. 1. Replacement of 9 pairs of exterior aluminum entrance doors complete with new hardware in existing aluminum framed curtain walls. 2. Removal of interior automatic glass sliding doors at Library and replacing it with new hollow metal door and frame with sidelights. New doors shall have electric openers operated by push plate. 3. Installation of new exit sign at Library door. 4. Installation of mini blinds at Library door. 5. Installation of new wind screens outside exterior door identified on Drawings as #31. Last day for RFIs July 29, 2021. RFIs are to be emailed to Paul Lanteri email: planteri@wje.com with copies to Yolanda Hacia email: YHacia@commnet.edu and Darlene Mancini-Brown email: DMancini-Brown@mcc.commnet.edu. All RFIs will be answered by Addendum posted on CTSource by August 2, 2021. Answers will not be given individually to a Contractor 25% SBE and 6.25% MBE
