Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The principle features of the work will consist of the Contractor removing the valve vault, we well and electrical equipment to match ECUA's current lift station standard design. The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part; re-bid a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a proposal that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder. In accepting a bid, ECUA may award a contract based only on the base bid, the base bid plus all alternates, or the base bid plus any alternates which ECUA selects, with all decisions being made based upon what ECUA believes to be the best interests of its ratepayers, in the reasonable exercise of its discretion. ECUA further reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as may be required to meet the needs of ECUA, at the unit price which was bid. The ECUA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, creed/religion, age, marital status, disability/handicapped status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status in employment or provision of service. All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents are to be submitted to Engineer (Scott Jernigan PE, Jacobs Engineering.) in writing via email at scott.jernigan@jacobs.com up to seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
