Discussion and possible award will be on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7 p.m at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The Project consists of reconstructing 750 lf +/- of concrete curb and sidewalk. The project includes excavation, installation of concrete curb and sidewalk, installation of concrete steps, walkways tie-ins, driveway tie-ins, lawn regrading and seeding, and planter modification. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
