The earliest bidding and construction are expected occur is fourth quarter 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Conroe Administration department will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from respondents capable of entering into a contract for Architectural, Engineering and Landscape Services for the development of plans and specifications for renovation, restoration and construction of a Visual and Performing Center: repurposing the historic Walter P. Jett Continuing Education Center (formerly Sam Houston Elementary School) located at 601 Lewis Street. Questions or information about this RFQ should be submitted through electronically.
