Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; municipal facility; and transportation facility.
Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Kelli Davis at (903) 237-2686 kelli.davis@co.gregg.tx.us - Removal and replacement of engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters, and coolant filters. - Oil change includes an oil analysis performed by an outside laboratory. - Respondent must get permission from Gregg County in writing to perform any repairs deemed necessary for proper operation of the standby power system at time of inspection. Cost for additional repairs will be reimbursed for parts and materials at cost only. - Respondent must get permission in writing to perform a Diesel Fuel Top off Service. Cost for fuel service will be invoiced separately at Respondents prevailing labor and fuel rates. Gregg County will reimburse for Fuel and Diesel at cost only.
