The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Security: Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid in a form allowed by the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security: A Bid Security Bond is not required for this project.
