For RFP Design - Mechanical and Electrical Design Services This scope includes mechanical and electrical engineering services and design support during construction for future Port-wide Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), as well as unknown projects which may occur over the next five (5) years. The projects will include mechanical and electrical design services, as well as architectural services, structural engineering, civil engineering, acoustical engineering, commissioning services, design support during construction, and other design services as directed by the needs of each project. Due to the nature of CIP projects, the prioritization and timing for future projects is highly unpredictable and is based on financial considerations and need.
