Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Valhalla, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 150,000-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

**As of April 20, 2022 , the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The Westchester County Healthcare Corporation, d/b/a Westchester Medical Center ("WMC"), will be accepting bids for Construction Management Preconstruction Services for a New Inpatient Bed tower located at the Valhalla Campus at 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY (WMC - 01330). The proposed project will be a roughly 150,000sf, five story, stand-alone building, which will connect to the existing Main Hospital Tower via a two story enclosed walkway. The anticipated construction start date is March 7th , 2022 and anticipated finish date is around March 2024, or sooner. Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid as described in General Instructions to Bidders. Woman and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. WMC is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer. WMC will make any investigation it deems necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder to perform the work. WMC reserves the right to reject any bid if an investigation of the bidder fails to satisfy WMC that the bidder is responsible and can carry out the obligations of the contract.
